Current Processing Time: 24 Hours or less
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays observed by the United States Postal Office (USPS) ship on the next business day.
If your order is flagged for review, this may extend the processing time until we receive the requested information. If your order is flagged we will contact you via the telephone number provided on your order.
High Risk Orders
Main reasons why your order may be flagged:
- Billing address does not match the card used
- Unusual dollar amount
- High risk shipping location
If your order is flagged by our system, we will reach out to you to provide us with additional information to validate your identity. If this information is not received within the requested time or if you refuse to send the requested documentation your order will be canceled and you may not be able to place future orders.
Shipping & Tracking Process
After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided on your order.
Please allow up to 24 hours to see tracking updates in the USPS system.
Please be sure to track your package daily to ensure you receive your order promptly.
All packages are fully insured against lost/stolen items while "in transit" with the carrier. This does not include packages which have been delivered or signed for.

(SHISPI Same Day Delivery (NYC ONLY) Powered by Lyft & Uber - Rate Calculated by distance at checkout. Shipsi is only available during business hours.
(USPS 3-7 business days) - $14
(UPS GROUND 1-3 business days) $15
(USPS EXPRESS 1-2 business days) $35
(UPS NEXT DAY) Based on destination. Pricing will display on the checkout page.
International orders can select carrier and shipping rates on the checkout page. We are not responsible for duties/taxes incurred on shipments.
No Order Changes
Please be sure of your purchase before checking out. Our order processing is extremely fast and we will not be able to cancel/change orders which have been successfully placed.
Orders that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, missed delivery and abandoned pick up orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
The amount will be deducted from your order total and the remaining will be refunded to your original payment method.

Item(s) must be received in original sold condition. Item(s) which have been altered in any way will not be accepted. This includes but not limited to brushing, combing, washing etc.
Reply to your email order confirmation stating you would like to return the item(s) ordered. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
